THE PROJECT
Overview
Golden FigCoin (GFC) is a groundbreaking cryptocurrency designed to trade below-ground gold and silver reserves using blockchain technology. My role as the Product Designer was to design an intuitive, user-friendly app to engage investors, enable smooth transactions, and seamlessly integrate features like NFT trading and wallet management.
Additionally, I was responsible for designing the logo and branding, ensuring the app’s visual identity resonated with trust, innovation, and accessibility.

The project spanned six months, involving iterative design, development, and testing phases. I worked closely with a cross-functional team, including blockchain developers, product managers, marketing strategists, and financial analysts to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

I designed a minimalist and modern logo that effectively represents both cryptocurrency and the precious metals market. To establish a strong brand identity, I developed a color palette featuring gold tones to symbolise wealth and stability, complemented by dark and neutral shades for readability and contrast. Additionally, I carefully selected typography that emphasizes clarity and professionalism, ensuring accessibility for all users.
